POS で、ローカル配達の注文と棚卸しができるようになりました

Shopify POS で、ローカル配達の注文を作ることと、在庫の棚卸しをすることができるようになりました。

Shopify は2026年9月28日に、この2本を Changelog に掲載しました。

どちらも、POS Pro を使う店が対象です。

対象は POS Pro を使う店です

2本とも、要件に POS Pro が入っています。

Requirements: POS Pro, Shopify POS version 11.16 or later, and local delivery set up for the location in your Shopify admin.
（要件: POS Pro、Shopify POS のバージョン 11.16 以降、そして Shopify 管理画面でそのロケーションにローカル配達を設定していること）

Running stock counts in Shopify POS requires POS Pro and Shopify POS v11.16 or later.
（Shopify POS で棚卸しをするには、POS Pro と Shopify POS v11.16 以降が必要です）

• ローカル配達: POS Pro／POS アプリ 11.16 以降／ロケーションごとのローカル配達の設定
• 棚卸し: POS Pro／POS アプリ v11.16 以降

POS Pro を使っていない店は、どちらの要件も満たしません。

ローカル配達だけは、管理画面での設定も要件の1つ。

ローカル配達: 店頭の会計で、配達の注文を作れます

スタッフが POS の会計の中で、ローカル配達の注文を作れるようになりました。

Staff can now create local delivery orders at checkout in Shopify POS. When a customer can’t take an item home, you can arrange delivery in the same sale.
（スタッフは Shopify POS の会計で、ローカル配達の注文を作れるようになりました。お客さまが商品を持ち帰れないとき、同じ販売の中で配達を手配できます）

You no longer need to ask them to reorder online or leave notes on the order.
（お客さまにオンラインで注文し直してもらったり、注文にメモを残したりする必要は、もうありません）

配達エリアと料金は、オンラインストアの設定をそのまま使います。

Local delivery uses the delivery zones and rates you already set up for your online store.
（ローカル配達には、オンラインストア用にすでに設定している配達エリアと料金が使われます）

会計の流れは、公式の記載では次のとおり。

When you add shipping to a cart and the customer’s address is in one of your delivery zones, local delivery shows up with your other shipping rates. Select it, confirm the customer’s phone number, add any delivery instructions, and check out.
（カートに配送を追加し、お客さまの住所が配達エリアのどれかに入っていれば、ほかの配送料金と並んでローカル配達が表示されます。それを選び、お客さまの電話番号を確かめ、必要なら配達の指示を足して、会計します）

1. カートに配送を追加する
2. 住所が配達エリアに入っていれば、ローカル配達が出る
3. ローカル配達を選ぶ
4. お客さまの電話番号を確かめる

配達先の住所と配達料が出る場所は3つ。

• カート
• レシート
• お客さま向けの画面

会計のあとの準備と処理も、POS でできます。

You can then prepare and fulfill the order in POS, the same way you handle local delivery orders from your online store.
（そのあと、オンラインストアから入ったローカル配達の注文と同じやり方で、POS で注文の準備と処理〔fulfill〕ができます）

ローカル配達の、1つの注文の決まり

1つの注文の中身には、決まりがあります。

Every physical item in the order must be delivered. You can’t mix local delivery with shipping or pickup in one order.
（注文の中の物理的な商品は、すべて配達しなければなりません。1つの注文の中で、ローカル配達と配送や受け取りを混ぜることはできません）

Gift cards and digital items can be added to a local delivery order.
（ギフトカードとデジタル商品は、ローカル配達の注文に入れられます）

Delivery must be within the same country as the location.
（配達先は、ロケーションと同じ国の中でなければなりません）

• 物理的な商品は、すべて配達
• 配送／shipping や受け取り／pickup との混在は不可
• ギフトカードとデジタル商品は入れられる
• 配達先は、ロケーションと同じ国の中

注文の中の物理的な商品は、すべて配達に回る形。

スタッフの権限の名前が変わります

ローカル配達では、いまの POS の権限を使い、その当てはめ方が一部変わります。

Staff permissions: Local delivery uses your existing POS permissions, with some updates to how they apply:
（スタッフの権限: ローカル配達には既存の POS の権限が使われますが、当てはめ方が一部変わります）

To create local delivery orders, staff need Create shipping and delivery orders (previously Ship to customer).
（ローカル配達の注文を作るには、スタッフに Create shipping and delivery orders の権限が要ります。以前の名前は Ship to customer です）

To fulfill local delivery orders, staff now need Fulfill shipping, pickup, and delivery orders (previously Fulfill shipping and pickup orders). Previously, staff could fulfill local delivery orders without this permission.
（ローカル配達の注文を処理するには、スタッフに Fulfill shipping, pickup, and delivery orders の権限が要るようになりました。以前の名前は Fulfill shipping and pickup orders です。以前は、この権限が無くてもローカル配達の注文を処理できました）

• 注文を作る権限: Create shipping and delivery orders／以前は Ship to customer
• 注文を処理する権限: Fulfill shipping, pickup, and delivery orders／以前は Fulfill shipping and pickup orders

🔴 処理する側は、名前だけでなく要件も変わります。

これまで権限が無くても配達の注文を処理できていたスタッフにも、この権限が要るようになります。

Review your staff roles before using local delivery in POS and add the fulfillment permission for anyone who needs to fulfill these orders.
（POS でローカル配達を使う前にスタッフの役割を見直し、これらの注文を処理する必要がある人には、処理の権限を足してください）

棚卸し: 数えるのは POS、承認は管理画面です

棚卸しは、POS と管理画面で役目を分ける形です。

Shopify POS now lets store staff run cycle and full stock counts directly in POS, making it easier to count inventory on the sales floor while keeping planning, review, and approval in Shopify Admin.
（Shopify POS で、店のスタッフが POS から直接、循環棚卸しと全数棚卸しをできるようになりました。売り場で在庫を数えやすくなり、計画・確認・承認は Shopify 管理画面に残ります）

種類は「cycle」と「full」の2つ。

In Shopify Admin, users with the required permissions can create and schedule a stock count, select the location where the count will take place, and choose the products to include. Once created, the count automatically appears under Products > Stock counts in POS at the selected location.
（Shopify 管理画面では、必要な権限を持つユーザーが棚卸しを作って日程を決め、行う場所のロケーションを選び、対象の商品を選べます。作ると、選んだロケーションの POS の Products > Stock counts に、棚卸しが自動で表示されます）

In Shopify POS, staff with the inventory permission can open the count and record what’s on hand by scanning barcodes or entering quantities manually. When the count is complete, it is submitted for review in Shopify Admin.
（Shopify POS では、在庫の権限を持つスタッフが棚卸しを開き、バーコードを読み取るか数量を手で入れて、手元の在庫を記録できます。数え終えると、Shopify 管理画面での確認に送られます）

1. 管理画面: 棚卸しを作り、日程・ロケーション・対象の商品を決める
2. POS: そのロケーションの Products > Stock counts に棚卸しが出る
3. POS: バーコードを読むか、数量を手で入れて記録する
4. 数え終えると、管理画面の確認へ送られる

POS から送っても、在庫数はすぐには変わりません

POS で数え終えて送っただけでは、在庫数は更新されません。

Submitting a stock count from POS doesn’t immediately update inventory quantities.
（POS から棚卸しを送っても、在庫数はすぐには更新されません）

Users with the required permissions can review the completed count and any discrepancies before approving it and applying the resulting inventory adjustments.
（必要な権限を持つユーザーが、終わった棚卸しと差異を確認したうえで承認し、その結果の在庫調整を反映できます）

在庫数が動くのは、管理画面で承認し、在庫調整を反映したとき。

Shopify also keeps a record of what was counted, when the count was completed, and who performed it, providing an audit trail for inventory adjustments
（Shopify は、何を数えたか、いつ終えたか、誰が数えたかの記録も残し、在庫調整の監査証跡にします）

記録に残るのは3つ。

• 棚卸しに要る権限の具体的な名前は書かれていません。管理画面の側は「required permissions」、POS の側は「inventory permission」とだけあります
• ローカル配達の新しい処理の権限が、いまのスタッフの役割に自動で足されるかは書かれていません。公式は、見直して足すよう求めています
• 棚卸しを承認したあとに、取り消せるかは書かれていません
• POS Pro の料金や契約の条件は、2本とも書いていません

4. 棚卸しは、管理画面で承認するまで在庫に反映されないと、スタッフと共有する
